Anyway, it sounds weird, but tutors help, if you can find one for the course. Studying would too, in all honesty. If you have trouble with it, just buy some adderall from your local drug dealer/friend with ADD... or get a prescription if you want, it isn't too hard.
Just find what works for you. Take notes over the reading as you read, then re-read, then practice equations, ect. (I don't know if you have equations OR things to take notes over in the class, but I assume you have one or the other), then summarize, or practice more. Study habits vary from person to person, so just work hard at it and you'll get it eventually.
