Also employers have to deal with potential pregnancy and laws that bind their hands when it comes to time off, which does not apply equally to men.

Many influencing factors can apply to wage disparity, and justifiably.

I like your picture and often have the problem of what to do.

Now when im walking down the street and I'm crossing some guy, I don't want to be an asshole and take up the whole sidewalk. But I don't want to walk sideways either and let him have the entire sidewalk, and appear weak.

Oh the dilemmas of walking down the path solo. So I found I nice medium, I lay back one shoulder about 45 degrees such that, he either has to give some leeway, or get shoulder checked, and unless your 6'6" and black, you lose the shoulder check (Because I work out, am fairly built, and box on the weekends).

I found this works great because one: only assholes get shoulder checked and look like fucking retards, and I don't look like a limp-wristed panzy.
While two: I don't look like an asshole who can't share a sidewalk either.
