I like the idea of this. There would be a lot fewer idiots running around if they were all just taught how to think.

If he wanted to stay relevant he should have composed more sampling friendly music.

Look into the Easterlin Hypothesis. If I remember correctly it argues that members of smaller generations (cohorts) face less competition for jobs, are more economically successful, and therefore have more kids. Don't know what the consensus is on Easterlin's work these days, but I studied it a couple years ago in an economic and demographic forecasting class.

This is actually a very tolerant board compared to the rest of 4chan.

Also, "many" is the word you were looking for.

I never thought Brave New World was really _that_ dystopian, at least not compared to 1984. Still, I think the future will be much better than the one Huxley envisioned. Hopefully much more egalitarian.

I sincerely wish you good fucking luck. I'd like to hope that the economy will come back for classes of 2013 and 2014, but we'll likely never see the good old days lawyers enjoyed in the '00s.

That is kind of the point of having lawyers. If lawyers were responsible for determining guilt or innocence, what would we need juries for?

It isn't good for the government to loan out 150K to thousands of law students at tier 3 and 4 schools. Most of these students will never find real legal work and will never be able to pay back these loans.

Plus, the ABA is supposed to be looking out for the health of the profession..
