Yes, I've told friends this countless of times. Your brain needs a lot of energy to function correctly. The more your work it, the more calories you burn too. Though, it isn't so much that you'd see weight loss or some other effect, but compared to not doing anything stimulating vs. doing hard math problems... the one doing problems is burning more fuel.

Whelp, the lot of you turned a semi-decent and different thread into a shit war. I'm out. Have fun bitching over mundane things.

I think humanity would first try to control the carnivores since they have that predatory instinct and will most like attack first if they see a human. We'd try to make habitats for the herbivores. All in all the ones that will be in danger would be people without guns and scientists trying to study up close.

That is what I would like to believe, but most dinos were giants and unless they have the same mentality of an elephant (you can trap an elephant with flimsy wooden gates) and think they cannot get out... it would be difficult keeping them contained.

No, it just means you just need to study more. IQ tests are iffy at best, especially online ones. Do not get discouraged, you are more than likely great at something that a lot of people are not.

My husband has the same IQ as you, but can make such hillbilly contraptions that work.. it's mind boggling.

Do what works for you in terms of studying, if you get things slower than some, oh well... at least you're trying to understand it in the first place.

I've lived with addicts from weed to Heroine. I've smoked weed perhaps five times, used a vaporizer once, used a gravity bong twice. Last time I smoked, my cousin did not inform me that it was laced and thus I got a reaction from it. I haven't smoked in about seven years. I can say one thing though, even though chemical signs point to marijuana not having an addicting effect, everyone I've met (a lot of people) that smoked it are simply addicted to it. Not everyone is, but the more you smoke it, the more dependent you are for it.

I do not have any desire of smoking it, nor do I think I will have any urge to smoke it ever again. Just, not something I like doing.

It is number one.

Look at the triangles on the corners. The only one that doesn't have any that match is the left-middle one.

Try Medical Coding, X-Ray Tech, Nurse for the medical. Or if you want to go Criminal Justice, try Paralegal, Law Secretary, or join the police force to become a Bailiff (I don't know if you have to be in the police to become one though.)

Factor out an x.

Open the door.

Do a quadratic formula.

So it turns to.

x(4x^2 + 6x -3)

Sorry, I didn't read it right. Subract 4% from $6,500 first. Then subtract 9% from the number you got from subtracting 4% from $6,500. Should be the answer.

>> No.4636222 [DELETED]  [View]

Try this.

$6,500 start. You have a 4% interest already, plus the 9% the note holder added, together makes 13%. Take 13% of the 6,500 and subtract the number you get from 6,500 and it should be the answer.

I never said it was a smart drug. I know what EC is for, ephedrine is also used for asthma, but it also affects your nervous system. In what way? Depends on the person.

Oh, and by the way I took the EC while taking the ASVAB. It made me able to handle sitting there using their periodically freezing computer for four hours straight.

>> No.4626950 [View]

I take EC stack and it literally is the only thing that will make me focus. I do not know if it is the ephedrine or caffeine, but it does the trick for me and I can spend hours studying because of it. I would not advise doing illegal drugs and it sounds like you are the type to OD yourself.

It all depends on what you're eating. Your body will not get enough nutrients if you are eating shitty every day, even the same thing. Now, if you are eating a balanced diet everyday, lets say it is eggs in the morning, with a cup of oats. Then a salad in the afternoon with some grilled chicken. Then for dinner fish with a cup of rice and a lot of dark veggies, every day then you should hit all of your macros for the day. It also has to do with the quantity you're eating too, if you are a male then you need to eat at least 1800 calories no matter what height you are.

For your body to extract the maximum amount, I believe has to do with how much water you are getting in a day. I honestly have no clue about gut flora and what determines their population.

Going by what PSU offers... I'd get rid of.

1. African Studies
2. Applied behavioral science
3. Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.
4. Latin American Studies
5. Medieval Studies (although sounds cool.)

Look at the reactants. Then look at the products.

Remember that acids produce H+ ions and bases produce OH- ions.

The conjugate acid and base are basically explaining the products. Which one is the conjugate acid in the product and which is the conjugate base in the product? Now you should know which is an acid and base in the reactants. I will do the first one.

H2CO3 (acid) + H2O (which is commonly -not always- the base) will yield H3O+ (conjugate acid) + HCO3- (conjugate base).

Well, if the English prerequisites that are needed for an Engineering degree count as Gen. Ed, then I make an effort in it. I am taking physical wellness during the summer, which helps because I am /fit/. (The final for that I've heard was doing 4 miles in 2 hours, what the fuck?)

Ah, well I suppose the term is used in many places. I am not in AI studies or anywhere near it, so I wouldn't have known. What does it mean in the AI field, curious?

>> No.4616676 [View]

>>4616652

Okay, here I will explain it.

(2x-1)(2x-5)=0

FOIL is First, outer, inner, last. Meaning what do you get when you multiply the first 2x (in the first parenthesis) with the 2x in the second parenthesis? 4x^2 right? Okay good. Now take the same 2x from the first parenthesis and multiply the -5, you get -10x.

Now get the -1 from the first parenthesis and multiply by the 2x from the second parenthesis, you get -2x, then multiply the -1 with the -5, which you will get +5.

Then your equation should look...

4x^2-10x-2x+5

Now, combine like terms..

4x^2-12x+5
