I have worked in medical sciences for years as a medical technologist and then as a doctor myself. The one and only time I have ever seen or interacted with a black doctor as a patient was when I volunteered for a sleep study:

Of course I went to school with a bunch of future black doctors but they all seemed to disappear. Everyone I have ever worked with is White or some kind of Asian. I don't stay active on social media so maybe I could find out what happened to them if I looked but they all seemed to disappear of the face of the planet after graduation.

Yeah I agree that all of those things happened, the study coordinators said that they were going to report it as an "adverse event" in the paper. The one point I disagree on is that he did it intentionally, I honestly think it was just incompetence. The tradeoff doesn't seem worth it as my hour or so of discomfort resulted in him getting woken up in the middle of the night and having to do a massive amount of paperwork. I was bike commuting daily at that time and had veins the size of gummy worms with a resting heart rate of 50, it was really hard to fuck up a stick on me.

I worked in South Africa as a lecturer for a small while and we had to push students through the Engineering course to meet racial qoutas. The worst student that we ever had in the history of the programme got 16% average GPA, he then wrote some essay about how his professors are racists victimising a poor African child (note: we had half black professors and also just graduated a black Zimbabwean with one of the top 30 highest GPAs of all time at 86%). Anyway we then sent the exams to professors in Nigeria and Kenya and they also thought the kid was retarded, but his final grade was 18% instead of 16%. This "proof of racism" plus letter from our governor got him an internship at NASA.

Another student who was failing the final project (36%) kept e-mailing me because she wanted me to increase her grade. After consulting the HoD I informed her she would need to sit a special exam as per policy. She then complained that she would need the degree faster to start her high paying job at the state power utility company (note: most white students with grades below 70% never find any kind of work in engineering).

The result? Last I heard on the news the country's electrical power grid has completely collapsed and the economy along with it. USA will be fine though, there isn't that many minorities to dicriminate against white people there with yet. You should try to get rid of all international students, especially Chinese spies ASAP though.

America _does_ still give foreign aid to China, Germany too. Germany gives billions in foreign aid to China every year, not sure about America. I have encountered far more egregious cases of medical incompetence (in one case, leaving a child with permanent brain damage because the ER attending failed to diagnose a subdural hematoma) that went nowhere in the courts because the lawyers did a cost-benefit analysis and determined their chance of a payout wasn't high enough.
