Well, my fallback answer is that I'm already seeing someone, but usually I give a more specific answer based on the circumstances. After all, there has to be a reason I'm declining their advances and it usually has less to do with them and more to do with how busy I am with work/school or such considerations as not dating co-workers to avoid complications later.
