Intranasal deferoxamine targets the brain primarily and suppresses inflammation improving central insulin sensitivity and this has downstream effects within the periphery by improving insulin sensitivity, insulin transport to the brain as well as supporting the function of our hypothalamus.

There's a lot of data here to suggest that iron chelation will improve chemotherapy and help reverse oncogenic transformation. Through the mitigation of hypothalamic inflammation within the brain with intranasal deferoxamine and insulin would help maintain peripheral insulin sensitivity and may improve survival in cancer, and improve diabetes, liver disease, many different facets of cognitive and metabolic disorders that are all treatable by reducing inflammation within the hypothalamus and promoting cerebral insulin supersensitivity. I would not say that this would cure cancer I'm sure that I can make the statement that it wouldn't cause cancer and will improve the therapeutic index of chemotherapy and I'd be happy enough with people developing an understanding to which they can apply that towards helping others or perhaps even changing the direction of scientific research. Happy to see you excited. This should be evaluated based on the evidence presented and people can form their own insights based on it.

Hey Pax (hope I'm replying to the real one and not just one LARPing as him), I just wanted to say I highly appreciate your research. You are definitely onto something, and I say that after having skimmed through many of the studies you have posted.
I assume all the imposters are people from rivaling nootropic spaces, as this seems far too much work for a troll doing it for the lulz, so to remain credible, having just a tripcode may not be enough as the well has been poisoned too much already.
I have the following proposition which you may consider: Write a meta-analysis and try to submit it to researchgate. You can sign up there without having a degree in something and if your paper is formatted correctly, it'll easily be accepted. So just do some [math]\LaTeX[/math] and you'll have a beautiful paper ready to submit in no time. Having it all in one place on a reputable website will always just require linking to it to shut trolls down. It will also be indexed on Google Scholar, making more academics knowledgeable about this very potent treatment.

Thanks!
> the well has been poisoned too much already.

We've come far in the past week and I see all of the support, the threads on deferoxamine made by so many different imposters it feels kind of appropriate to say that we've created a reality where there's people that impersonate me and almost blindly go through all efforts to share my research I believe we're past the point of contention. There's about 12 of us and we report amazing improvements in our heath and cognition. My memory is as good as you might possibly imagine and improvements in all cognitive domains including hearing and eyesight. My reaction time is significantly better, I don't experience sadness or anxiety whatsoever. If i can summarize everything in one sentence we just feel life more!

I can say its everything I've gotten from researching for 8 years its insane how its possible for me to learn as much as i now know like the back of my hand.

I hope its been entertaining. The imposters have little credibility and people see through that.

As long as it doesn't affect you too much, it's fine I guess. Just know that most people now know you as the meth guy and think of DFO as tantamount to it. I'm curious, if this removes iron from the brain that is slowly deposited, could you still get effects from this without doing it daily? do you just need to do this for a week or some amount of time until your brain is free of iron and then your brain will have a desired efficacy for quite some time? I suppose it would depend on how long it takes for the iron to accumulate and how long it takes for deferoxamine to get it out?

Yes the effects that we've noticed especially myself is that the effects of deferoxamine are long term and shared similar effects in everyone that's tried it. For people that've done a gram or less all show strong benefits even at less than 500mg. The cost for 500mg is close to $6 if put in context for the whole box. I've dosed about 4 grams so far. I have high levels of mental stamina throughout the day, my emotional resiliency is almost robotic, I don't experience any anxiety for the most part, I'm euphoric almost at all times. I can write reviews of the literature based on a photographic memory of biology and can dedicate large portions of time to describing these ideas without stopping.

Iron accumulation within our braincells promotes cerebral insulin resistance which leads to defects in autophagy and failure of our mitochondria in cognitive decline. Removing the iron that's within the lysosome of our brain cells improves their mitochondrial function and this supports our metabolic functions through improvements in insulin sensitivity reducing hypothalamic inflammation as a consequence of reduced insulin transport to the brain in metabolic disorder. Improving insulin transport and sensitivity within the brain increases neurogenesis, atp generation, protein synthesis and synaptic trafficking of neurotransmitter receptors to the cell surface. Insulin activates Nachar7 receptors on cholinergic gaba interneurons(somatostatin) and this increases synchronicity between the frontal lobe and hippocampus in gabaergic inhibition. Somatostatin interneurons reduce the activity of parvalbumin interneurons disinhibiting pyramidal neurons that are dopamine sensitive to promote reward.

I have a photographic memory of the medical literature as its known to me. I lead a large group of individuals willing to learn neuroscience from me. I've had phd students, neurologists in training, neuropharmacologists, and former neuroscientists say that I understand more than them. I have been told countless times that I've changed lives with my research.

https://desuarchive.org/fit/thread/67429324/
This thread is all taken from writeups that I've made describing the pathology and mechanisms of neurological and metabolic disorders as well as enterprising therapeutics such as deferoxamine to slow the progression of those disorders and improve health and well being.
> Intranasal deferoxamine affects memory loss, oxidation, and the insulin pathway in the streptozotocin rat model of Alzheimer's disease

It's demonstrated that ames dwarf mice which live 70% longer than wildtype mice also possess significantly better cognitive functions which don't decline with aging. These mice have insulin receptor supersensitivity due to the loss in function of their growth hormone receptor. This promotes increased transport of insulin and IGF1 to the brain. They have significantly improved cognitive and metabolic health through a reduction of inflammation and significantly stronger glutamatergic homeostasis.

I've been glued to studying the science of longevity for 8 years and about a year and a half ago I really hit my zenith because I met so many incredible researchers who formed a large community of nootropics scholars and I took it upon myself to double down on the efforts that I spent years studying just for the opportunity. Nowhere did i imagine when I first began that I'd get to where I am now. Being surrounded with incredibly knowledgeable people makes it easy to pick up on the concepts of neuroscience because you're constantly running into debates, networking, organizing projects and sharing research. The wasoru archives are fantastic if you just want to start diving into the archived threads on deferoxamine. I've gotten a tripcode on the 19th of june so everyone else past that point is provably an impersonator. I came to 4chan after people began taking my writeups and posting them on 4chan so I took the opportunity to jump in with the crowd and cleared the air on intranasal deferoxamine while gaining a large group of supporters, many of which have used deferoxamine and had dramatic improvements in their health and cognition.

There are many imitators and impersonators and i've made my tripcode after someone had made posts trying to assert that I use methamphetamine. If you believe the fables told about me and are so incredibly easy to manipulate based on the whims of trolls then you're blinded by the greater lies meant to conceal the truth about Deferoxamine and neuroscience from you. It's very highly possible that the smear campaign against me is meant to drive a greater wedge in the nootropics community as a whole and turn men into beasts. I've known and been associated with a large network of scholars, neuroscientists, narcicists and psychopaths and I will not shy away from telling the truth so that humanity at large can be free to explore their collective destiny freed from the system of greed perpetuated by the most self interested and evil intentions that man could ever fathom. Greed and the seeking of capital is apathetic to the will to improve human quality of life. The system of greed that they perpetuate is powerless to stop the collective ascension of humanity and even if something were to happen to me then still the truth is out there. I will stop at nothing in order to bring a brighter future for humanity to light. The world is rotting.

It's been demonstrated in mice that are placed on low iron diets have improvements in metabolic health and slowed cognitive decline but I believe its inconsequential to the inflammatory effects of LPS, Saturated fats, oxidized cholesterol, Covid, other viruses, alcohol, hard drugs, microplastics all promoting defects in cerebral insulin sensitivity promoting transcriptional drift from glutamatergic disinhibition leading to the promotion of endozapine release from neurons increasing gabaergic tone and promoting cognitive decline from hepatic encephalopathy. Insulin resistance leads to the defects in the channeling of iron into protein synthesis and leads to epo resistance.
