No. It's in fact very dangerous to get an erection in zero gravity, so astronauts are taught to suppress their sexual urges and thoughts. Normally, the penis wants to travel upwards, but gravity pulls it down to a more or less horizontal position. Depending on the size, upward pull and mass of the penis, this is what causes some people to have a more upward pointing erection. NASA sent a married couple up and those officially they never had sex, it's common knowledge that the purpose to sending them up was so NASA's medical office could get data on how sex in microgravity affects humans. There probably has also been unsanctioned sex between unmarried crew members. Living on IIS is stressful and who wouldn't want to give it sex in space a try given the opportunity? They didn't find privacy. When you live with people in close quarters to a degree where everyone is aware of your every bowel movement, you either become homicidally annoyed or just accept everyone's quirks. Astronauts are screened to only be the latter. People having sex on ISS would be known to the entire crew who would pretend not to notice. Mission control knows too but likewise looks the other way. Letting astronaut have sex or masturbate, is preferable to the negative psychological side effects of having a crew crammed in together on a trillion dollar piece of hardware that any of them could destroy if annoyed enough. There's a lot that goes on in the space program (and the military too) that is kept out of the press but allowed for pragmatic reasons.
