There are people in /sci/, possibly right now, who believe gravity doesn't exist, magnets are magic, computers can spit out new mathematical proofs by bruteforcing an infinite set of numbers in finite time, the Michelson-Morley experiment never existed, that evolution is impossible, that time is also magic and possibly magnetic, that 0.999(9) and 1 aren't the same number and that the probability of life existing (given that it already exists) is anything lower than 100%.

You are spot on with everything, except this: Michelson Morley really was a faulty experiment. Trying to get above the "aether drag" by climbing a mountain is dumber than trying to get above air on a mountain, because the aether extends for infinity.

Does air blow at 60,000 mph on a mountaintop, friend? Have you ever even stopped to think about this from first principles? Wolfram also thinks Michelson and Morley is bullshit, and who's he? No one special just the guy who writes the scientific software that all the other scientists use.
