Yeah, its just crazy how the toy box killer put "non-ionizing radiation" into his torture routine because its "not harmful." The fact is, it's totally evil and the people who do it are evil, and the people who say it's ok to attack people with "non-ionizing radiation" probably think the toy box killer's torture routine was just peachy.

Judging by surface voltages, the base of the spine, anus, and lower part of the occipital bone on the back of the skull, are the most positive points on the body. Not sure about internal voltage gradient distribution though. There are also several 0 voltage transitionary regions.

Regardless, electricity and magnetism have been weaponized in several ways. I'd have to read through what David is saying in that particular instance.

Supposedly because the frequency ranges they've chosen are highly absorbed by atmospheric gases, so at the intensities used, they must be close together to work adequately. I was at Wendy's yesterday. Some woman stopped in front of me and made a big show of tapping buttons on her phone. Then the electroshock implant in my anus administered the convulsive elctroshock torture. Sine I had seen this phone behavior occurring with the electroshocks in my anus so much, I said aloud, "Did she just do that with her phone?"

Her and the man she was with both gave me malicious evil grins as if to say that the answer was yes and that they are in so strongly in league with whatever Toy Box Killer analogue organization (nvixm likely,a/k/a scientology) that sliced my flesh to get this electroshock equipment into my body, that they have apps on their phone that allows them to remotely electroshock me "for fun."

This happens so much. There are very, very, very many people out there who apaprently have the remote control for the electroshock devices implanted in my anus and foot, and it disgusts me to no end that there are so many people who agree with the Toy Box Killer that it is "fun" to hit people with random electroshocks via the electrode someone stuck up my ass, sliced the inside of my ass with a knife or something, and then buried it in my flesh.

Yes, the anal implant definitely has piezoelectric properties too. The implant(s) in my asshole administer electroshock and also a physical rape sensation when I can feel the little work implant wriggling. The one my foot, as far as I can tell, is only an electroshock implant.
