Saying that when God is doing something that is the Father, when God is saying something that is the Son/Word, and when God is present with you that is the Spirit would be (a form of) modalism.

When you're talking about mankind, it doesn't mean either women or men. It means both women and men. Take any sentence that makes sense that includes the word "human". It's not talking to any specific gender unless there's a specifier. So the sentence:
"Human is a 300 000 year old thing" is valid. Both women and men are 300 000 year old but that previous example is about both unless it specifies.

If it said "Human with penis is a 300 000 year old thing" then it's talking about men but that's not equivalent to (Human = men). It's rather equivalent to saying (Human = men with penis).
