earth and mars are in sync

mars is further away tho
so

does that mean mars is spinning faster to keep up with the head started little planet/ or does it mean that earth is faster because in travels less distand in the same time

i know its mars i just need to explain this in terms of time, because if you negate the need for "travelling" and just teleport then you can get three days in one hour but moving further and further away from the center of creation.
