Why aren't there any standards at colleges for teachers actually to be able to speak coherent English? Would it be considered racism to require them to speak well enough that students can understand what the fuck they're saying?

Not only that, my lecturer is SO fucking unorganized. We were doing dimensions on the first day.. and learned determinants in the 2nd to last class. He's so fucking scatterbrained and he never finished problems. My notes are literally useless
