Tell me you don't see intelligence in all those, yeah they aren't nearly as smart, but they can all recognize problem to get what they desire, and think up simple tools to create a solution
What they don't do is see either desire or solution to make tools for tool making to be easier or to make better tools. Humans are only intelligent cause of high desire from disgust.
