not like i'm an expert, but neural networks are so new, i've found that the best info/tutorials i can find are just random people like me posting on blogs/youtube/etc. so i just go with that, the tensorflow docs, and a willingness to try a bunch of stuff out until something works.

idunnoo exactly. you can technically do it with whatever, but yeah the worse the pc the longer the neural network will take to learn, so i'm not suree what you would need for a voice changer to take X hours to get Y good at voice changing
