The Strong survive and are always in the right, while the weak perish and are always in the wrong. Anything else is just a delusion.

This implies evolution is directed and has distinct "right" and "wrong," but evolution only determines fitness. Morality is a human concept. Jellyfish and trilobites made it for millions of years without the Bible.

If you mean this as a case of Social Darwinism, we don't kill people for being poor or underaccomplished. Life and death are dependent on lifestyle and (largely) on income, but medicine and social safety are greatly reducing this, and poor lifestyle choices are pretty ubiquitous among classes. Educated people actually tend to have less children, so if you're trying to tie this with evolution, the successful are actually less fit.

If you're trying to make a "might makes right" statement, that's realist politics you're absolutely on the wrong board

If you're shitposting absolutely go fuck yourself B^]

>> No.9953300

>>9953261

Not him but mammals got lucky, whatever extinction event occurred to kill the dinosaurs bypassed them due to size and consumption rate. It had less to do with adaption and more to do with random chance.

It's like claiming that a sub-population of a species was stronger than the other populations because it wasn't in the area of a volcano that wiped out the ecosystem and local life including the oher sub-populations of said species. That kind of occurrence is an example of how less advantageous genes survive to modern progeny.

In evolution you don't have "Strength" as an oversimplified +1 universal positive. What you got instead are trade offs. Your species gets faster? It has to keep it light. More durable? Can't go fast. Larger and more physically powerful? Your numbers are going to be low as you need a lot of food.

It’s not strenght and weakness that is the main factor, but success. And succes is not necessarily result of strenght, but of various factors.

Evolution and survival of the fittest are not about the best at the start of the race, but the ones who can manage to survive the race. And the conditions of race change all the time. Today, physical strenght is nothing but a joke for entertaiment of the masses, while in the past it was the main reason for survival. Today, the strongest man in the world is not the one who runs it, he is a mere animal in a circuss for plebs to admire.

Mother nature is a sort of a cruel bitch, but it’s fairly cruel to everyone. Which is why humans artificialy tampering with it (for example, eugenics or genetical manipulation) is a dumb idea as it disturbs that equilibrium.

Humans are not qualified enough to determine which one of them should be on top, eighter throw discrimination or forced euqality. Let mother nature decide that.

As for the right and wrong, I somewhat agree, but….

What humans determine is right and wrong is irrelevant to this universe, in multiverse. There is an objective truth, it was always here and always will be here after our species becomes worm food.

As a wise man once said "And yet it moves...".
