The ultimate implication of making waifu bots with built in wombs with ideal eggs with great genetic material would be....... why they would want the "substandard" genetic material of the "majority" of male humans when they could make something better.

Secondly, I think you might be on to something there anon. Waifubots allow you to conduct a eugenics program and control population growth without actually harming people. Hell, this may actually become a necessity if life extension technologies become available. Still, it's unlikely that we'll live to see either.
