When you day dream where exactly are you "seeing" the images.
Like for example picture a red juicy apple...can you "see" it clearly? Where are you perceiving this image at? I've been thinking about this a lot, is it an actual image or are you just seeing data?

You're asking about the physical location of a non-physical abstraction. The "image" is a sensation you experience when firing very specific neurons. It doesn't "exist" other than that.
