Assuming you're already in a society in which you've been introduced consistently to finding patterns and using logic through the education system, there's kind of a way, but it wouldn't be an increase in raw intelligence as you'd imagine.

Eat well. Stay fit. Drink lots of water. Sleep 8 hours in a regular pattern. IQ is measured from a standard age group. As you grow older, maintaining your health will allow your brain to degrade more slowly, and your same-aged peers will fall behind on statistical average.

Yes there are. 20 iq points increase and more is possible. Some Nootropic forms (non drug), life hygien, problem solving practice, meditation, anxiety reduction. There are papers about this.
