Veritaserum and Minute Physics used to be enjoyable until they started talking about Global Warming and disproving Affirmative Action.

Have you seen 3blue1brown? I was a lowly chemistry major so I found several of his mathematical/CS videos enlightening, and his graphical representations extremely clear and well made.

Whoops, was trolling is that schizo's thread and accidentally left my name as "The Lord" lol.

A good example of 3Blue1Brown is this video - my understanding of Fourier transforms was really shitty prior to watching it.

Thanks for recommending a good channel

There's a lot of good alternatives if they don't float your boat, ex. 3b1b, or if you like math, Mathologer, or something like Kurzgesagt, ASAPScience... there's a lotta options lol

I know it's just disappointing to see such good channels stray from good science into politics.

Nice - good luck. I've been coding since 14 (friends and I wanted to make Flash games in junior high), and always loved it, but for some ungodly reason chose to get a chemistry degree. Now I teach high school physics haha. Still a fun gig.
