I can't really blame the Africans in South Africa for feeling oppressed by the whites, if the whites are making the decisions despite the native Africans are the majority.
Ironically the whites are probably making better decisions for the blacks then they would themselves, but I doubt that would make anyone feel any better.

They are, as far as I know the black majority currently in south Africa immigrated there and the land wasn't really settled when the whites arrived.

Firstly, Fascism has always had a Futurist strain, especially if you look at Italian fascism.
But I see the point that a genuine reactionary, would have to be against progress in all forms, but I think that rather applies to people like Kaczynski who reject progress in general, most reactionaries won't reject scientific progress as a whole, they just want certain social policies or societal attitudes to live in a world of progressing technology.
You can both advocate monogamous relationships and technological progress at the same time, for example.

Historically that was not really true though, nazi Germany didn't drastically fall behind technologically during the war, as this claim would lead you to predict.
