It won't happen, pretty much anyone who actually has any authority on the matter hates the idea (Mathis particularly has been vocal about how bad of an idea he thinks it is), and I really doubt any extra funding would be allocated just for that, maybe only funding for supplying- and training-related activities rather than actual exploration and research.

Trumps new Space Force is going to be intense. It's going to do the job that NASA, the Air Force and secret contracts with Lockheed Martin already do.
All that is gonna happen is so many millions of dollars get allocated, Trump hires some croney of his to run it and said croney goes on a tour of the cape, makes a call to the air force(it's to big to find and go visit) and sits back down in Washington to proceed to spend previously mentioned millions. No one bothers to tell Trump about the secret Lockheed contracts.
