What strength would be required to tie high altitude balloon to the ground in 4 points?
For the sake of simplicity ropes are weightless.
Balloon shape, sphere, cross section 1000 square meters.
Air pressure at given altitude 26436Pa
Air density 0.4kg/m3
Air speed 100km/h
Not sure what angle would be optimal nor if balloon should have neutral or some positive buoyancy at given altitude.

What the fucking fuck are you going to make your balloon out of?

It's just theoretical wondering, remember that an air density is 1/3 of that on the ground. We are not talking about what balloon is filled with, or materials used, just required rope strength when we take in to account winds at given altitude.

So you can do fuck all with that info? Your balloon is going to pop like the oversized bitch it is and the cables will flutter uselessly to the ground so I'm going to say they'll ultimately need a strength of about 0

Well me too, calculating pull force of the wind given specifications, and maybe making buoyancy corrections so wind would not take balloon too low because blowing tied balloon from side would push it downward.
Also picking rope angle between reasonably close together to not make it stupid long and far apart so balloon itself would be stationary within reason.
