What are some good books for learning about the fun stuff in science like black holes and dinosaurs and stuff for someone who doesn't plan on learning equations and shit?

Science is expressed mathematically . If you don't learn mathematics you can't read any science.
It would be like reading a book in Chinese without knowing Chinese

I'm not an expert, but you can't learn deeply about science unless you understand numbers. Especially when it comes to things like black holes. However, you should be able to learn basic information about dinosaurs by watching documentaries, and if you're interested you can research the literature more

There are many books that fall under what you describe. Stephen Hawkins books come to mind, for example.

They should give you a general idea of all these concepts and, lets be honest, its probably ALL you want to know about them (even if the faggots in this thread say otherwise).

Pic related is a meme list, but it serves as an example of the sort of literature you are looking for.

Good luck.

Didn't even see it. I thought that list only had "universe" related books till I opened it.

To OP: I think you should just look for those books Stephen Hawkins made, they talk about those things you wish to learn.

All of those books are terrible and you should feel bad for even posting them ironically.

I think reading anything by Sam Harris is a waste of time

Was this really voted on by the "community"?
