Is emotional intelligence (EQ) also set in stone like IQ?
We can't raise our IQ no matter what. But can become more extroverted and more open to other people's feelings which allows us to manipulate them right?
So EQ isn't set in stone.

Trump has an IQ of 156. Emotional intelligence tests can be gamed if you you can decipher what answers constitue high EQ. The analogous claim can't be made for IQ tests.
