Yes, google up how to, "water fast". You'll use about 1lbs of fat weight per day. You'll need to take a multi-vitamin, lots of salt, and lots of water. You can last as long as those items and your fat weight lasts. If you don't refeed properly, you can end up killing yourself or having constipation for...weeks...that may require surgery. So, make damn sure you refeed properly over several days.
