Is there an objective way to diagnose schizophrenia or is it possible that all the so-called "schizos" are just pretending to hear voices?

Everyone hears voices in their head as an internal monologue. I think schizos can't tell it's themselves.

Interesting fact, schizo's are able to tickle themselves while non-schizo's can not because the part of their brain that determines what part is "you" doesn't work properly.

Have you ever looked into the theory of Bicameralism? It elaborates a great deal on what you said.
