I been trying to find grid ruled compositions, but most are over 10 dollars for less than 200 sheets. Do you have any brands specifically to suggest?

I write on printer paper in a binder. I can't stand doing math on paper with lines/grid on it, and the only unruled notebooks I can find are intended for people who use them to journal in an ethically sourced organic coffee shop.

Same but with a clipboard instead. I take printer paper from the department. Blank notebooks are too expensive.

unruled is superior for proper layout of complex ideas. printer paper works. muji brand notebooks are pretty practical too

This is basically what I do, too.

A4 90 gm^-2 (dont have Clairefontaine or any other quality paper in my country though). I manage them with a combination of L-type folders, A4 sized plastic bags and a folder similar to L-type but with a pressure thingy on the left to hold the paper (these are easier and more presentable than using clips or staples).

I also write on one side only to make managing and replacing/inserting parts easier. At the end of the day I number what I wrote. A paper with too many mistakes becomes scratch paper by turning them over and putting in a pile.

I just don't have a good scheme for handling the large amount of notes though. I tried some of those expanding file folders but I think they are annoying to use.

I'd like to hear what other schemes people use and suggestions to organizing a bunch of different notes.
