freshmen shouldnt be able to claim they're in an "engineering school". Nothing even vaguely engineering related gets taught till junior year, and nothing useful till you're in senior tech electives. The first couple years are just there to develop the math skills necessary to even begin to solve/comprehend 300-400 level course material.
