The entire thing of an IQ test is not to be knowledge test, but to test a diverse multitude of different things we might call "Intelligence".

Racism is just a serious of logical fallacies.

For one, they believe in genetic determinism. They also do not understand what is meant by heritability, and believe that a higher measured heritability means a trait is closer to genetic determinism.

Second, they think they can dismiss any environmental influence or compounding factors on a trait, especially a complex one like IQ.

Third, they fail to understand the different between population genetics and heritability. They do not understand that just because a trait shows different phenotypic outcomes in different populations, and a trait is highly heritable, that it does not imply that the difference in population are due to genotypic differences between the populations. Heritability has nothing to do with population genetics or comparing populations.

Lastly they assume the traits are correlated, and that only the ancillary trait matters. E.g. they care about skin color more than IQ. They think we should accept whites that are criminals or morons simply for their skin color, and minorities of merit should be dismissed as outliers and treated as inferior simply for their skin color. This is because the very idea of meritocracy is mutually exclusive to racism. If it was really about IQ, then we would only be talking about IQ.

There is obvious counter evidence for that, such that the Black IQ rose from ~70 to 85 when the Africans where brought to America as slaves (a horrible thing).
