I have a theory that I want to discuss. What If in a not so distant future Where AI is a thing and we learn ”it” to program. Then we’d give it instructions to program and design a viritual world and design close to perfect VR technology. What if we then were to make chairs with feeding/drinking automatic and unnoticable. How many people would leave this world for their own private world, made just according to their requests? Would you Do it? There is Also an option to forget your real life and start a new life in there.

Also, If yes, What are your specefications in your world?

Fuck no. I have family and friends in the real world. And even though I don't really like hanging out with them anymore because and they all think I'm going crazy, I will not abandon them.
And AI already exists. It's us. We are biological AI. Computers make our decisions for us, we're just peripheral equipment.
I think we need to kill the internet.

I just want to forget the cringy parts of my life, let the sad parts remain in my memory so I can know that I'm in vr paradise right now

Atomistic resolution simulation of a planet sized volume with high accuracy quantum physics(nuclear motion taken into account) running at realtime speeds. This is probably impossible, but then again this is just another shallow thread on 4chan.

"Learn" does not mean "teach," hillbilly.

AI is artificial intelligence. It's man-made and based on our desires and average idiosyncrasies, purchases, ads and all that shit. AI will always be based on our habits, it can be close or very good, but it will never be able to emulate the instinct to breed, or greed or "understand" a reasoning to optimize anything to 100% in order to code a functional world that will cater to mankind(its biological counterpart). Otherwise that would be the greatest mmorpg .

The problem is that no one will give a shit and the economy will be so shit in that world and it's gonna be dystopian as hell. If the equipment was hooked to your brain, and you could cum, I'm pretty sure first thing people are gonna do is go raping people left n right and you're gonna be fat n lazy n diseased irl, and the economy irl is gonna be shit and unsustainable too.

The real world won't matter. Everybody can be happy forever as long as they have a ''worker robot'' that grows food and water and feeds you in while you're in the viritual world.

You're welcome.

I stand by my point.
