I have the lightsaber sounding tinnitus hum in my right ear a few days ago out of no where.. How can the brain be this fucked up? Having to hear this for the rest of my life is going to suuuuuuck. Can't brain surgery fix this shit?

Try this. Sit or lie down and calm yourself. Much like meditation. Then start listening to your tinnitus. Just like you listen to music. After alittle while you should be able to turn "turn down the volum" like your stereo and be able to adjust the pitch. Works for me and ive been playing in loud rock bands for 15 years
