>Study efficiency is completely subjective
up to what point? it is not. The typical image of a study efficient desk (as the one in pic) is for some people like you kind of stereotypical. Well stereotypes have a solid base so there is a certain global degree of study efficient space whether you like it or not. Also judging from the other anons posting here, you seem to be the only one who thinks of it as a "forced deskmeme"

/ck/ has some guides on how to eat healthy when poor

i personally suggest eggs and frozen vegetables
fry them, don't steam, and crack an egg in for protein and choline
frozen veggies are like a dollar for 12oz or more

whole milk is full of nutrients and it's the same price as 2%

peanut butter and crackers are a decent snack and pair well with said milk

noodles with mushrooms and tuna -- or corn tortillas with lentils and chickpeas -- both end up being like 60 cents per meal

good luck anon god bless

whole milk is literally liquid fat.
if you have to drink something, drink ensure or soylent for nutrients

>eggs
eggs are blobs of fat and they arent that cheap when you consider it takes 4 of them to fill up

heres what i eat

breakfast
>multivitamin
>extra d3 vitamin (its like $5/mo)
>oatmeal with raisins
>piece of fruit. usually an apple since those last longest

lunch & dinner
