It was a good choice OP, chem eng pays well but it's really hard to get a job and if you like what you study it's gonna be easier to get a high gpa for grad school or whatever, you have a lot of choices, you can do it.

That's just a meme, you can do a lot with a math degree and even better, you can learn a lot of shit really fast since you already know what most people struggle with, from finance to programming to grad school to whatever, you are going to make it.
