I have a knob near my asshole (but not directly at it/next to it) which fucking hurts. This afternoon I tried to squeeze it and a bit yellow pus came out. Do I have hemorrhoids or is it just a pimple/ingrown hair?

use soap and wash your ass when you shower

get some antibacterial cream or spray for it and apply several times per day until it goes away or just use soap and wait it out
