Is there seriously any scientific evidence to back noFap other than anecdotes? Normies and chads have sex multiple times everyday and yet they’re always brimming with confidence and optimism. So I don’t understand how voluntary abstinence from fapping will somehow make you more confident and motivated. I have a feeling that masturbation and sex are different becuase fapping is just one set of hormones, while sex involves two hormones.
