It's not neural networks itself you brainlet. If you could read you'd realize that the actual usefulness of this computer is that it's a non-Von Neumann computer and therefore has no bottleneck. This allows the simulation of more complex neural networks and greatly reduces the cost of running a computer while also increasing the speeds.
