I'm the same way. It's probably just neurotransmitters + a history of low self-esteem, and imo it will/may always be frustrating only if you let it; physically causing a reverse in neuroplacisity (turning into a literal brainlet), as seen in cases of long term solitary confinement. So despite feeling retarded sometimes, literally stop giving a fuck I guess and just practice neuroplacisity by always learning and thinking; with little brain idling as much as necessary.
