Have you tried using a logical checklist to aid you in reasoning?

How much hard work do I need to put in to get a 4.0 GPA in my Physics degree? I love Physics and I'm conscientous so I hope I can make up for my average IQ.

There is a minimum of logic required for physics.
Know methodology, concepts, and principles, and you should be fine for your core courses.
If you don't have a solid handle on math, focus on that before trying to be less of a brainlet.

In terms of IQ? Who gives a shit. A prominent researcher with an above average IQ is smarter than a stay at home loser with a genius IQ

In terms of education? In STEM at least, not many brainlets above PhD level

Inter-universal Teichmüller theory it seems
