Yes.
The shot changes every year to the doctor's best guess as to what this year's mutation will be.
They're not always right, but it reduces your chances of getting the flu.
If you've ever suffered through it, you know it's NOT a pleasant experience.
The shot is worth it, even if your insurance doesn't cover it.
