If [math]\pi[/math] is used to determine the circumfrence of a circle, a loop, then shouldn't the digits of pi eventually loop?

No. Loops do not exist. Circles do not exist. Circles are just really curved lines where the end of the line curves around to try reaching the start, but never actually gets there.

No. Your conclusion does not follow from the precedent unless you assume that geometric loops entail loops in the decimals of the reals which describe them, which is not something that's assumed by anyone.
