is anybody on here smart enough to answer this?

B, either correct or incorrect

Why do brainlets from other boards constantly make threads about these facebook images?

A or D: in that case B

This. Everything is 50-50. Either it's true or it's false

Intentionally paradoxical. Fuck off.

It's 0%. Dumbass. You are never correct.

But if C is valid then it’s 25% and therefore 50%.
The only way to solve it is by redefining what random means. For example a new answer or by limiting the range to only two of those answers such as 50 and 0 in which case it’s 50. But if you don’t reinterpret the question it’s always paradoxical
I hope you were baiting with your reply

the answer is 0% but it's arbitrarily such that the person asking the question who clearly isn't operating based on traditional logic or mathematical probability has a definition of correct refusing the validity of C.

>> No.9373531

It's asking what the chance of being correct is when you're choosing at random. That's a 25% chance of getting any one of them.

That means there's a 25% chance of getting either A OR D. By the logic, both of them would be correct.

Then again, we're all 4chan users here, so I wouldn't be in any position to say I'm right.

>> No.9373549

>>9373028
It would be 33% because 2 are the same, but there's no 33%. So 0% chance of being correct by answering it. Which kind of seems like it would be 33% again because 0 is 1 of 3 options. But there's no 33% option so it's always 0.

2 of those answers might be the same, but you still have to choose from 4 different answer choices.

Well, the chance of picking any answer at random is 25%, so that would be the correct answer. But there are two answers that say 25%, so if you pick randomly there is a 2/4 chance you will get 25%... but that means it's 50%... but since there is only one 50% it would be 25%. Do you see where this is going? It makes a paradoxical infinite loop, so neither answer is correct and there is a 0% chance you will get the correct answer. But wait, if 0% is the correct answer, then there is a 25% chance you'll get the right answer if you chose at random.

From this we can conclude that all the answers are bullshit and the only correct answer is to draw a dick on it using permanent marker.

>> No.9373842

It's D

>> No.9373857

A is false by D
B is false by B
C is false by A||D
D is false by A

The chance of randomly choosing the right answer is 0%.
The chance of choosing (0%) is 25%.
The chance of choosing (25%) is 50%.
The chance of (50%) being true is 0%.

2 answers are the same and there's no clause that says only one answer is correct. If you choose at random, you have 3 possible answers, thus your odds of a correct choice are 1 in 3.

>> No.9373978

Chance is different than probability. It's B. It's 50% likely that you would choose the correct answer, either A or D.

There isn't a valid question being asked which any of the answers could fulfill. The problem is nonsense.

>> No.9374797

if the answer was B that makes the correct choices 1/4, or 25%. So B would be wrong. As would C.

A and D are wrong because chosing one would be increasing their own odds.

There is no correct answer, even C.

no, it's possible they're all false. It can be 0 or 100%

they are all false, it's a paradox.

You have a 100% chance of being correct.

Any answer you pick will lead to the correct logical oscillation between the 50% choice and the 25% choice.
