Which branch of science is the superior one and why it is physics?

That's the point.
Each field (up to physics if you want to stop there) is just a limited sub-set of the field to its right.

Of course, I had a professor once who covered the blackboards with an elaborate chart showing all fields of knowledge, astronomy to zoology, were encompassed by beam vibrations.
