Hey my fellow stimulated fellows. My script just got changed from 60mg Adderall to 60mg dextroamphetamine (I usually only take 10-30mg)
I want to know about the pharmacology of the different isomers of amphetamine as well as subjective differences between pure dextro and the racemic mix.
Also neurotoxicity.
How much would you pay for 10mg of dex? It's so expensive and I get 180 pills a month.
Next month I think I will just ask to be prescribed desoxyn(meth) anyone know about pharmaceutical meth?

I’ve taken 60+ mg of amphetamine salts a day for the past year and I’ve been having problems breathing lately
I’ve also been getting super depressed and angry which has never been a problem for me. I’m nervous I’m frying normal responses to dopamine
But I’m addicted to it. I can’t stay awake (before my Rx I couldn’t stay up late ever and would constantly fall asleep if I was home, at any time of day, even after 6 cups of coffee. Made homework so difficult to get through) or function normally in general without it. I’m an insect with it, a zombie without it. I want off this ride

Dear fucking god. How the hell did you even get a dose that high? When I have accidentally taken two 30 mg xr I get pretty fucked. Like my heart races, vision becomes blurry, and I start seeing fucking shadow people. Do you mean ritalin and not amphetamines?

Op here, I'm 6'2 190. I've been stimulated since I was 6. I also drink alot of coffee/coca and chain vape. 60mg usually makes me alittle buzzy, lately i usually also take a mg of clonzopam with a dose higher than 50. I'm prescribed 20mg 3 times a day. My new prescription is 2 10mg dextroamphetamine sulphate 3 times a day.
I have no idea how little girls do it, I'm not surprised I've seen people her size eat 400 mg MDMA

I always found Adderall and to a certain extent methylphenidates like Concerta and Ritalin to be a little...too good. Even on low dosages they increase arousal to the point where it becomes counterproductive in terms of focusing on one task for an extended period of time. I switched to Modafinil a while ago and I find its the best stim I've used. Allows me to stay focused for 6-8 hours uninterrupted, lacks the near-euphoric and arousing aspect of amphetamines which is a plus from a productivity standpoint. Stacks great with caffeine if you need to stay up a long time as well in my experience.
