Do retarded people see life in slow motion or faster than normal people?

considering that most of the top sport players are borderline retarded but have above average reflexes and reaction times I'd say you should neck yourself.

If you've ever been so high that everything is confounding to the point that you just want to turn it all off. And then you space out really hard while everything is confounding and unbelievable.
That's how I think they see it. Like everything is too complicated so they give up on trying to sort it out.
Unless you mean like, full on tard. In which case. I have no idea

At some level of stupidity, one reaches critical denseness. In particular, being within a certain radius of the dense individual makes the observer experience time more slowly relative to an outsider. This is basic relativity, Anon.

It would take more brain power to observe the world slower as it would take more information being processed over time.
So I would say they view the world faster if perception of time was influenced by intelligence.

the more experience you have the fewer new experiences you make.
why do people feel like years go by faster?
well, because most things they experienced where no new impressions.
thus we might say that the smarter you are, the faster you learn, the faster you get experiences and remember them leading to fewer new experiences faster. which would be the same reason years go by faster the older you are.

Medically, isn't it measured by mental age?
Basically it's like being a 4-year-old in a grown body
