I know this is just a shitpost, but there are plenty of reasons.

>The Earth is so massive to the point where it is effectively flat. If the ball was big enough and had enough force to actually push it, it would roll.
>The Earth is not perfectly spherical like a marble, it's full of indents and bumps. Hardly even a sphere as is either.
>The street is effectively paving a flat area for it to be balanced on, this is equivalent to complaining about it not rolling off your kitchen table

I could go on, but it's really not worth the effort.
