At what age is someone's neuroplasticity so decayed that they can never stop being a brainlet?

I'm 21 and starting to realize everyone smart started earlier. I barely graduated highschool.

You won't be able to change anything substantial in your brain at 21.

Only for as long as you live.

You can learn and expand your memory, but it's unlikely you'll raise your IQ significantly. But that's also genetic.

>Axiom: psychology and it's subsets are memes, unscientific.
>Given: OP believes IQ measures intelligence.
>>IQ is unscientific.
>>>OP fell for the IQ meme.
>>>>taking the square root of OPs mistake leads us to two conclusions
>>>>x1=OP is trolling and pretending to believe in the IQ meme.
>>>>x2=OP is a faggot
Since we can only measure the IQ cancer memes on sci on absolute values this leads us choose x2.
>>>>OP is a fag.

Apparently the brain slows down development around the age of 21-25. This doesn't mean you are unable to raise your IQ at that age, it just means you will need to willpower to make yourself smarter, this is something that is very adaptable for children. Only 40% of intelligence is genetic btw.

If I.Q. is a meme, then how come only people with a[math]\mathbb{VERY}[/math] high I.Q. are able to comprehend the extremely subtle humour in Rick and Morty?

not true, 40% is for general popluation, if you look at only the top IQ, it's 70% hereditary.

Basically it's just like anything, the arerage joe sprint time isn't linked much to genetic but a sprinter's sprint time tends to be.

Also I don't know of any study demonstrating a significant increase in IQ in adults

Look up regression towards the mean. This implies that even if a child has two unintelligent parents, there's a chance that the child can be very intelligent.
