The switch to a high-carb diet and fixed stockpiles is associated with a dramatic increase in dental diseases. Less so in Asia.
Average height plummeted. Anaemias, vitamin deficiencies, and spinal deformations shot up.
Obv. there's no way of saying for sure it was simply the carbohydrate intake that caused all that; stockpiling-agriculture introduced pressure to conflict, lower return-on-investment than hunter-gatherer lifestyles, bound people in space to their stockpiles, and allowed the evolution of the state.
Still, there's pretty good evidence that the inferior diet played a role in the malnutrition and dental epidemics that began to plague humans.

Something like these guys said.

My diet is mostly a 'vegetarian' diet, although I do eat meat 1-2 times a week. I avoid added sugar like the plague. I also avoid simple carbs, pastas, breads, ect, that will spike my blood-sugar levels later. Here's what a typical day of mine looks like:

Breakfast:
>A plate of raw veggies, which includes dark, leafy greens. I also like to have almonds or walnuts

Lunch/Mid-day meals:
>2 hard boiled eggs. More veggies. Maybe more nuts, and I sometimes eat a small amount of cheese, like aged English cheddar (best shit).

Dinner:
>A bean stew/soup with vegetable stock, onions, and spices. I usually add hotsauce for more flavor.

And then, maybe once a day, or every other day, I'll eat dinner or lunch out. Most of the time I keep it vegetarian, like veggie sushi rolls, falafel plate from a food cart, ect. Every now and then I'll have some regular, fatty, meaty foods, though, like a plate of chicken strips and fries. (maybe once a week)

Above all, avoid sugar.
