Entropy doesn't "force" you to do anything. It merely describes the amount of useful work that can be done with something. By burning calories, your body breaks down the highly ordered molecules in sugars for example into smaller less ordered molecules doing work along the way. Blaming entropy for burning calories is like blaming statistics for the black crime rate. Its the niggers who did it not the graph charting their crimes
