I took some classes with a black guy. He was probably the dumbest guy there, and would've had no hope passing if it wasn't for affirmative action and slipping standards in education. But at least he wasn't an aggressive, Trayvon type. Actually he seemed pretty friendly.

Yea my friend is an African immigrant. We go to a top 25 Uni, she's near the top of the class in an engineering program and works 20 hrs a week too. her brother went to berkley and her sister got a law degree from Stanford. Both her parents have phds. Probably anyone in the family is smarter and more accomplished than you are.

Not sure. I teach a calc course and my best student is an afro American (instead of just calculating he actually questions things and tries to prove them) while one of my worst is a pure african.

However my absolute worst is a pure white dude from Kentucky.

Well depends. Like, by regular standards, yeah. I've met many africans that were pretty smart or at least smarter than most people I meet. By /sci/ standards: no, I havent met a black person that would qualify as an autistic genuis. I've only met 3 people like that and 2 were asian.

So many African immigrants (not African American's) I see are in the STEM fields or PHD's in academia. This is actually the case for most immigrants I've seen and met other than Latin American's.
